According to the map its located in the south east portion of the room. Once you enter the conference room head to the first door on your right. It leads into a room with a bunch of desks, which I’ll from now on refer to as the Conference Room. Head up the stairs and go into the door at the very back of the room, behind the painting of James Marcus. The first thing you can and should do to get things rolling is obtain the map of the Umbrella Research Center. Get used to the surroundings, check the items out. Once in here I suggest you take a look around. Follow the sewer until you come across a ladder. Head through the only door in this room and into the sewer. You can use the map to check what these items are. All the items that were once in the train can all be found here, so if you need any of them later just come back to this spot. You’ll start off in the basement, where the train crashed.
