two master trainers of Sneak and also a medium trainer in Blunt Weapon and Short Blade. when you kill him no one will be after you so don't worry then loot him and take the daedric claymore and if you want you can take the armor too. As long as all of those conditions are met, Sneak should rise.
(recomended for levels 20 or higher or if you can use the health cheat press b, then go through the menus till you reach the skills menu then highlight your health and press: Black,White,Black,Black,Black) then go downstairs and find a guy in a room alone.(please note he is the master trainer for the long blade skill so i would do as much training as possible if long blade is one of your minor or major skills) then close the door, then attack him and he will use magic and he may run for the door so try to use heavier attacks to kill him quickly and be careful when he uses the daedric claymore he does a lot of damage. Go to molag mar (you can travel there by going to suran or vivec your choice) then go inside and find the amigers stronghold.
